Is it possible for me to ask for a child seat?: You can ask for a child seat by reservation and with NO extra charge. All you need to do is to state your request in your booking form and let us know the child’s age.
I’ve just completed my reservation form, do I need to do anything else?: We will send you a confirmation email for your taxi reservation. Please check it carefully and let us know if any of the details presented are incorrect. Please make sure you have provided us with all the crucial details (flight number, contact details etc.) correctly. Some e-mail may not be received due to anti-spam filters. Therefore, please make sure to check your SPAM folder as well.
Are your prices fixed?: The prices are fixed for the booked transfers.
What happens if the flight is cancelled?: Contact us as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone. You will not be charged for anything, however keep in mind that knowing on time is very important for us. We appreciate your cooperation.

Where will I meet my driver at the airport and how will I recognize him?: Your driver will be waiting for you at the arrival hall holding a board with your name written on it. Please keep in mind that at the Chania airport only one arrival exit gate is available.
What if the flight is delayed or early?: Your driver will arrive at the airport 30 minutes before your scheduled landing time. We will wait for you with no extra charges.
